Flying will be at the TRAMPS Green Lake (Interlochen) Field, which is located about 5 minutes south of Interlochen, just east of Karlin Rd on Youker Rd. It’s situated at the south end of Green Lake Airport in a sheltered spot with wooded areas nearby and has both a watered grass and geotextile runway. See the map below.

Pilots

This is an AMA (Academy of Model Aeronautics) sanctioned event. You must have a current AMA card in your possession to fly.

There is plenty of room for you to showcase your acrobatic talents or just cruise around the beautiful skies. Our airfield features a geotextile runway! We welcome all types of aircraft and expect jets, giant scale, military, helicopters, and even trainers. We look forward to seeing a variety of aircraft in the air at the TRAMPS Air Show.
