Midwest Jet Pilots Spring Fling

The Lake County Modelers and Flyers presents the 8th annual Midwest Jet Pilot Rally

• We have a 3800’ runway with paved RC ramps and a paved 400’ pit row (see pic below.)
• We provide a laid back flying experience where all pilots are part of the LCMFA family
• For this event we typically draw pilots from PA, OH,IN,IL,WI,KY,TN,FL as well as all over MI.
• The pilot’s fee is only $45.00. For each flight pilots get a ticket for the pilot’s raffle. Lots of jet-related prizes from our sponsors!
• Fly with the sun to your back all day!
• We have free onsite dry camping for Rally participants.
• We have plenty of air and ground space for pilots to “work out the kinks” .
• Plane storage tents are available.
• All-day onsite foodservice
• Wednesday and Sunday are available for test flights, maidens, and certifications.
• The Airport’s RC Park is 1 mile south of Baldwin on M-37
• Get motel reservations soon as they book early
• For Spectators, the hours are: Thursday Noon – 5:00 pm
  Friday and Saturday 1 0:00 – 5:P.M.
  Bring a cooler & chair and watch the action.
